White Bear Lake is in Minnesota, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and White Bear Lake follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. Came here after a very poor experience with Tires Plus, so I am a first time customer but if I have other needs I will return. I was really happy with my service here! The man at the front desk (I think the same guy who answered the phone) was very kind and I appreciated that he gave me a time estimate on when it’d be done. The techs who worked on it fixed my issue! Thank you so much! Would definitely recommend this place.

Had oil change 2018 ford suv. Several days later on road trip lower engine cover became detached and fell to pavement while driving highway speeds. Stoped at busy gas station and had to get under car to remove shroud via 3 remaining screws. This was a very dangerous situation for us and possibly other drivers. I called the company who said “this happens” and they could zip tie the shroud back on. I declined as we have lost confidence in this place. They refused to pay us for new bolts or to have someone else secure the shroud. Disappointed with lack of concern. I suggested they supply some training to staff to take some time to make sure parts are secured to vehicles to prevent possible serious injuries to person or property. Will never go back to this place.

I brought my 2005 Pontiac GTO to get 2 new rear tires and I leave and hear a wobble constantly from the back tires and feel slippery and I stop with my friend and we see that only 2 lug nuts are tight on both tires!! Almost making both of my rear tires come off the hub. 4/10 lug nuts tight is not okay.

Repeated customer here, but after my most recent experience I won’t be coming back. I called with a few basic questions and was met with a very rude and dismissive attitude. What really stood out was being told they wouldn’t work on my wheels because they "sound expensive” and that their own techs (referred to as “kids”) might scratch them. I appreciate honesty, but that level of concern about damaging customer property, combined with poor customer service, is a dealbreaker. If you care about your wheels or expect professional communication, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

I brought my new rims and tires here to get mounted and balanced on Thursday April 4th and was told I would get them back that day, unfortunately that wasn’t the case I didn’t get them back until Friday afternoon. Wasn’t to upset about it but I went to pick them and after a little miscommunication I got my wheels, I went home to put them on my car and noticed a bunch of gouges in the wall of the rims. Pretty unhappy about that because the rims I have are valued at over 1500$
